WOODFIELD UPDATES & REMINDERS |
|
|
- Office Hours - 2022 summer RV office hours are Monday -Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed on Sunday. Sales office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.
- Landscaping - Please remember to submit a landscape worksheet to the RV office for approval prior to starting any landscaping.
- Service Requests - If you would like to request service (estimates, materials, services) from the Woodfield team please utilize the Service Request form. It can be found on our website here. Submitting a Service Request helps the Woodfield team stay organized and ensures proper scheduling.
- Driving in the Park - Stop bars have been painted at all intersections within the park. Please obey all stop bars, whether in a vehicle, golf cart, or on a bicycle, and be cognizant of cross traffic to ensure the safety of our residents and visitors. As a reminder, the speed limit within the park is 10 mph.
- Parking - Parking on the street is not permitted and utility and boat trailers are not allowed on sites. Parking areas have been designed throughout the park. These parking areas are for short-term guest parking only. Please familiarize yourself with the location of these parking areas in the event you have guests. You can view a map of parking area locations here. The paved parking area nearest to the sales office is for Sales/RV office guests. A list of recommended storage facilities can be found on the board in The Pavilion should you need storage space for extra vehicles and/or trailers.
- Electric Payments - We will no longer be accepting credit cards as payment for electric services; check or cash only. An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the month, and we ask that you drop your payment in the RV office during RV office business hours or in the payment box that is attached just outside the office for your convenience. We will accept a bulk payment in the form of a check and will debit the monthly electric amount from that payment.
- Trash - Curbside trash pick-up will continue on Tuesday and Friday mornings between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please do not put trash at the curb prior to 7:00 a.m. If you miss the 10:00 a.m. deadline, please do not leave it at the curb, but take it to one of the trash receptacles located in the Park. Please break down all cardboard boxes prior to placing them in the receptacles. The trash receptacles are relocated near spaces 12, 49, and the maintenance yard. Please familiarize yourself with the new locations.
- Fencing - During the off-season, fencing was installed on the front perimeter of the Park. For those of you living near the fence, please note that nothing is to be hung from or attached to any of the fences. No décor, laundry, slats, screening, etc.
- Resale Homes - If you are contemplating the sale of your home, please be aware that specific procedures must be followed. It is important that you schedule an appointment with the office prior to initiating any sale activity. Also, please note that, as of 2022, a transfer fee will apply to all resales.
Smoke Detectors - Often times over the winter, the 9-volt battery in the smoke detectors will fail and you will come back to a “chirping” smoke detector inside your Park Model. You will need a ladder and a 9-volt battery to replace the battery. You may submit a Service Request and a Woodfield team member will change your battery for a fee of $25. As an alternative, Timber Mesa Fire District will come out and replace your battery for free. You can call them at 928-537-5100.
- Pets - It is important that all pet owners follow the pet policies of the Park. All waste must be picked up and disposed of promptly. All pets, including cats, must be fenced or kept on a leash, when outside. Pets must never be tied up outside and left unattended. Pets must be accompanied by owners and under voice command/control at all times inside Woodfield. Pets may not use any site, other than your own, as "potty spots" or “dog runs”.
- RV Guests - If you are an RV guest checking in for the first time, please pull up to the open space on Woodfield Drive next to the Sales and RV Office, park and come in. After you check in at the RV Office, a member of our team will lead you directly to your site. For ease of access, please consider unhooking your tow vehicle prior to entering Woodfield.
- Mail - Mailbox receptacles are located at the rear of the Pavilion. If you are currently an RV guest or have closed on your Woodfield home and do not have a mailbox key, please stop by the RV office during normal business hours and the office staff will assign one to you. When forwarding your mail, please format your address as follows, inserting your site # at the end of the second line. Please do not include the word “lot” or “site”.

- Lending Library - There is a lending library in The Pavilion. It is full of books and DVDs for our residents to borrow. Please feel free to take a book or DVD and return it when you are finished. Have a book or DVD you’d like to donate to our lending library? Just place it on the shelves with the others…and thank you!
- No Shortcuts - Please respect the privacy and boundaries of your neighbors by not taking a shortcut through other spaces.

Woodfield has established community guidelines that must be followed when improvements to your home and/or landscaping are being considered. The guidelines have been thoughtfully prepared to help integrate architecture, landscape, and lifestyle amenities with the beautiful natural environment of the White Mountains, and will create continuity within the community and maintain property values within the neighborhood. All improvements must be approved by Woodfield management prior to any work being done. The guidelines can be found on the website here. |
