Pool in the News

As we begin another day....

Picture provided by Shay (Pool Committee Chairman)

We have had over 50 different resident family visit the pool over the past 10 days.  In those ten days we have seen a number of great things occur. People are practicing social distancing and adhering to other guidelines outlined by the CDC, unitizing the key fob system properly and being respectful of others, the rules and regulations.

In the same 10 days we have also see several violations that can have great impacts to the operational status of the pool and it MUST stop.  Each homeowner and their families has a responsibility to ensure that they are following all rules, guidelines, and regulations.

Top Violations:

  1. Not adhering the Falcon Pointe Rules
  2. Allowing unauthorized access (Delinquent Account Status, Underage, Non-Residents, Piggyback or getting buzzed in)
  3. Propping gate open
  4. Not adhering to Hours of Operations
  5. Furniture is being moved/added and not wiped down after use
  6. Food/Drink in or around pool
  7. Trash being left on tables, chairs in bathrooms, etc.
  8. Parking (Two front spots in-front of pool gate are designated Handicap Parking)

Failure to Comply:

  1. On site Warning to the homeowner, may be asked to leave for the day or period of time.
  2. Warning of violation(s) to the homeowner in email/mail.
  3. Warning of violations(s) to the homeowner including a fine(s)
  4. Loss of Pool Privileges for the homeowner(s) depending on the severity of the violation

On the Positive Side:

  1. Residents are enjoying being outside
  2. Being able to spend time with family
  3. Smiles, laughs and memories are occurring
