Agenda Items: Public Hearing and recommendation on Willow Park Church of Christ rezoning from residential (church) to commercial for sale to office building.

A chilling plan. ERCOT has long term plans to connect to the federally controlled electric grid.

Summary: For the last decade ERCOT has been planning a 320-mile, $2.6 billion high-voltage connector, which will run from Garland, Texas through Louisiana to Mississippi. Some Texans -- and non-Texans -- think this is great way to make sure Texas always has energy.

Walsh Ranch's new 8 story office building will add to local skyline.

Summary: Eight miles south east of Willow Park, the Walsh Ranch development is planning a new, eight-story office building that will "add to the skyline of the fast-growing area."

Wilks Development is building a new, ProFrac Corporate HQ Office Building, with City of Willow Park financial incentives.

Summary: ProFrac is building its new corporate office in Willow Park North, supported by Chapter 380 financial incentives between Wilks Development and the City of Willow Park. The new, ProFrac HQ, of about 60K sq.ft., will bring 200 new jobs, property taxes, retail taxes, and more into the City.
