Reconfiguration of our barber's club

Gentlemen,

Spring is here and “seasons of change” are always around us. Words can’t express the amount of appreciation that I have for you guys, for your support over the years and I want to extend my friendship beyond the barbershop.

The time is at hand for a reconfiguration of our “Barber’s Club”. Many of you know, I’ve been enrolled in a boot camp that is preparing me for a career in cyber security. As the boot camp comes to an end and I begin my journey into my new profession, the question arrives, what am I going to do with the shop?

After several conversations with members of Barber's Club and careful evaluation of the financial aspect of the business, it has been determined that the only way I can keep the shop open is by having a small group of  you guys participate in the membership program. It has been determined that even though the membership program has been an option since the start of Barber's Club, it’s going to be required from a specific number of people in order for the shop to stay open. Here is the plan:

Membership Price: $200 per month (auto draft).

Visitations per week: 1 per week

I know this new move, or “season of change” will not be feasible for everyone nor will it be a sensible option for many of you. If this is not a good option for you I totally understand, I respect your decision and I will always be a resource for you. If there is anything that I can do to help you, please don’t hesitate to ask me.

Moving forward, for those who are strongly considering the membership option, please be aware I’ll be actively seeking job opportunities starting April 1. Due to a high demand for cyber security professionals, I anticipate accepting a job offer sooner than later. I’ll be looking for those of you who find the membership plan a doable option to notify me mid to late April by phone, text or in person. Non-Member pricing will increase and is subject to availability.

If we are not able to reach the membership goal by the end of April, we will continue to run the shop on a daily/monthly basis until an opportunity in cyber security comes forth. Once I receive a cyber security opportunity and do not have the desired number of members, I’ll be closing the shop all most immediately.

Thanks again guys for your patience, support, and positivity. “Seasons of Change” are always around us.

Sincerely,

Jaye Corley.
