Our offerings are diversifying this week as root crops and berries become available with the warmer weather. Don't forget that every inch of the vegetables we provide are edible. The spicy green tops of radish make an excellent pesto and earthy beet tops are great additions to soups and stews.
And don't forget, you can place your pre-orders on our website starting every Thursday evening for pickup the following week at farmer's markets and on-farm. Deadline to place your orders is Sunday
Meet Chorizo the Farm Dog. He's our Cane Corso (aka Italian Mastiff) puppy - that's right he's only 10 months old! We can't believe how much he's grown since we got him last August. He loves playing fetch under the apple tree.
Speaking of apples, they are on their way! This varietal is called Gravenstein, and they are an heirloom varietal native to the Pacific Coast. We had the pleasure of tasting these perfectly balanced apples last year (not too tart, not too sweet) and can't wait to share them with you.

We continue to build beds and expand with the ever increasing demand. After putting down compost, Bryan uses this farm tool, called a tilther, to incorporate organic matter into the soil.
Look at how cute this baby cauliflower looks. Only a few short weeks and both the cauliflower and broccoli heads should be fully mature.

Compost Delivery Time! Our four year old could watch this video all day long.
Tomatoes will be ready even sooner. We're trialing lots of varieties this season - from Sungold cherry tomatoes to these purple Cherokee heirlooms. We love "caprese" season around here ... almost as much we love "pico de gallo" season
