Epigentics is a new science, founded by Dr. Bruce Lipton, that proves our thoughts have great power over our bodies/health/wellness/sickness.

High Vibrating Thought of the Day, Translated:

"When something seems hard, you are not allowing something that's already been created to exist."  -Abraham Hicks

Translation:  When something seems hard, we are holding apart from ourselves, solutions/pathways that are closer to our ultimate flow. 

We are constantly creating multiple possibilities which exist in a non-physical dimension, and we are not allowing the easier choice to become apparent.  

HOW do we find this ultimate flow and allow it to exist??

One way is to catch yourself when you think something is hard, and shift that to just allowing the flow to find you. 

Once you do that, that pathway will appear to you.

Another way is to get better at trusting the timing of the Universe. If something feels hard then the timing might just be out of synch/premature.  Try holding your tonque/actions on it at that time, and waiting until it feels completely effortless.

How do you know when something is not yet ready to be acted upon? It will not roll effortlessly off your tongue. It will feel forced. You will feel the sting of the conversation before you've had it.  

How do you know when something IS in it's best timing?  When you're not even thinking about the timing! It comes so fast or effortlessly, that you don't even question the timing.  You step right into the experience without even looking back and thinking about what you're doing. 

Example: You need to talk to someone about a touchy subject and you are wondering how and when to do it.  You see them at a family gathering, but the words just wouldn't come out of your mouth.  You couldn't think of what to say, or how to bring it up, so you decided to wait.

Two weeks later you suddenly have another thing come up that you have to call this person about, and when you are conversing, the perfect opportunity presents itself to bring up the touchy subject. This time the conversation flows effortlessly into the touchy subject and you end up having a very fruitful conversation, whereas if you had mechanically forced it to happen 2 weeks prior, you would have most likely not had the same pleasing conversation.  

UPDATE ON THE GREAT AWAKENING:

Pandemic Results: The Pandemic is causing humanity to bring in more light from source into our light bodies, as we connect deeper with source.  This is causing the energy that encircles the planet to be the brightest and highest frequency it's ever been. 

This is causing evil and darkness to be extremely uncomfortable here. This will cause a shakedown period where you might tend to think that chaos and turmoil is everywhere, but actually it's just the new order lining up and taking shape. 

As that higher version of earth takes shape, the lowest levels of reality that we have been allowing to exist here will be "spit out" of this dimension.  They can continue to work things out in a lower dimension/version of earth, but in this dimension, we are raising the frequency of both our bottom and our high end, which will bring about many new wonderful things!

Transcending from level 3 to level 5: What we are doing right now, is rising from density level 3 to density level 5.  

With each level that we gain, we are opening up our true/psychic abilities/our true selves, and using these physical shells and our consciousness to a fuller extent.

All eyes in the Universe are on us at this moment, because we are the first society that is attempting to rise to a level 5 but also keep all of our full range of emotions.  This has never been done before in the Universe.  So this is REALLY BIG. 

MANY MANY souls that usually choose to incarnate on other planets have chosen to be born as humans during this time in order to help with the process and be here to be a part of it first hand, because this IS history in the making!  These people are called, "Starseeds." 

I am finding so many of my clients are in fact here for this reason.  So if you feel a bit like you just aren't fully connecting to this Earthly experience, drawn to something in the stars or in ancient history (such as Atlantis), it might just be because you are here to bring to the Earth some frequencies and ideas from your "usual" place of incarnation.
