Seeking volunteers to inspire next generations

The Students Committee has launched three exciting initiatives, and we're seeking volunteers from EAASI companies to get involved. Whether you're interested in becoming a Young Ambassador, joining the Lecturer Database, or participating in the Mentor Program, there are plenty of opportunities to contribute. Help shape the future of the industry by sharing your expertise and insights with the next generation of professionals.

  1. Young Ambassador Program: Our Young Ambassador Program aims to showcase the diverse perspectives and experiences of young professionals in the aerial surveying industry. Through informative videos featuring interviews or statements from these professionals, we seek to highlight the myriad roles within our industry, ranging from management and technology to operations, IT, marketing, and sales. Additionally, we are establishing a Young Ambassador database where professionals from EAASI member companies can volunteer to visit universities and schools.

  2. Lecturer Database: Our Lecturer Database initiative aims to enhance industry outreach and education by connecting professionals from EAASI member companies with universities and educational institutions. Professionals will have the opportunity to sign up for lectures or presentations, where they can share insights about our industry, showcase their companies, and inspire the next generation of geospatial professionals.

  3. Mentor Program: Our Mentor Program seeks to foster professional development and knowledge exchange by establishing a Mentor database within EAASI. Seasoned professionals from member companies will have the opportunity to mentor professors or post-graduate students at universities, providing invaluable industry insights and guidance.
