CAMP BALANCE
Your camp balance should be up to date at

If you believe something is amiss, please contact us.
PARENTS, PLEASE DON'T CALL CAMPERS
After almost 2 decades of running camps, we've
discovered that one of the worst things a parent
can do for their child is to call or text them during camp.
It is disruptive and makes feelings of homesickness worse,
and correlates strongly with emotional and behavioral issues.
Campers are allowed to contact parents.
If parents would like to get a message to their camper,
please contact Denise: 970.749.4445
NOSE BLEEDS AND HEADACHES
The climate in Utah is very dry with extremely low humidity.
Nose bleeds and headaches are
frequent issues at camp due to dehydration.
A 100lb camper should plan on drinking a MINIMUM of 50 oz
of WATER from their water bottle a day and 100 oz isn't too much
as long as it isn't taken all at once. 200 lbs? 100-200 oz water.
WATER. Not Soda or Juice.
Yes, that is A LOT of water.
No one has ever had too much water at camp.
Dozens have too little every year.
RULES AREN'T MADE TO BE BROKEN
Campers who break rules may be sent home at their parents' expense.
It will be at our discretion and while we are nice people
we can't be lenient on this.
Please be familiar with the Code of Conduct
https://www.dpac.rocks/mt-rush-about
HOUSEKEEPING
No popcorn is allowed in dorms, buildings, or classrooms.
No laundry facilities are available.
