We want to THANK YOU for coming together to support this mission of hope. When it feels like the world is falling apart, you're helping us keep communities together, supporting people that are otherwise unseen, unheard and forgotten. We couldn't do any of this work without you.

Here at EPDV, we dream about the end of human trafficking. We believe that together, through prevention, intervention, and restoration, WE CAN accomplish that goal. Hear from the heart of our founders and about an exciting new project that could reach millions...

What's happening with the rest of EPDV's projects?

LIVRE:

- Prevention talks to more than 700 students in the State of Oaxaca, an area with one of the highest number of trafficking victims in Mexico

HOME:

- In the planning stages for a new recovery program for pornography and sexual addictions

SAHL +1:

Congratulations! After 6 months of classes, 4 students (3 from the Safehouse and one from Transition House) will be graduating from the culinary school next week.

Nadie Nace Macho:

We have partnered with Facebook, AeroMexico and Cinemex to launch this campaign about the societal toll of toxic masculinity and its link to human trafficking. Facebook views are now over 2.5 million, and Cinemex will provide over 300,000 screenings of our videos before their feature films.

Transition House:

One of our girls has graduated from her hotel studies program, and another from Sahl's culinary program. Lupita, the director of the Transition House, hopes they both continue studying and dreaming for the future. Please pray for E, who is struggling with pressure from her family to drop charges and reconnect with her mother, who actually trafficked E initially.

Safehouse:

Claudia, our safehouse director, told us what has been most challenging for the girls. Like all of us, the girls have had to adapt to life during the pandemic. Not knowing when it will end creates an additional level of uncertainty that's been difficult to navigate. They were already uniquely prepared to deal with quarantine, but they still get frustrated, annoyed and impatient. Just like any teenager...
