COLLECTION DAYS  are MONDAY and THURSDAY

        Cost is $24.00 per household per month or $72.00 per quarter.

PLEASE PROVIDE: your name and address so that we can provide the recycling bin for your use.

Also, tell me which month will be best for you to begin this program.

We know that some of you have existing companies with whom you are doing business.. this initiative is to define those who want to participate, at this time,  and  in a timely fashion to phase in the entire subdivision   over the next few months. Thank you for your cooperation

II. Traffic issues

      Speeding

      Running stop signs

There have been several complaints regarding violations of State law, such as running stop signs and speeding. Please be advised that the HOA is hiring police patrols to cite violations of State law.

Additionally, there are complaints of residents who have guests that block the free flow of traffic on the streets. As a courtesy to your neighbors, it is recommended that the host utilize their driveway for guests.   Too often cars are lining the roadways creating a nuisance and potentially a hazard for emergency vehicles. When you have guests: they should be directed to park on the driveway of your home. If you need additional space, there are some available parking slots at the end of some of the “dead end” streets, such as Bentwood Dr.  

III. Capital Improvements:

The painting of the traffic signs is progressing and looks awesome!

The resurfacing of the Park is scheduled before the end of the year.                              

IV. SOCIAL EVENTS :  many thanks to Jennifer and Shelley for handling the collection of food for the food bank.
