I absolutely support Affordable Housing, but NOT the hastily proposed 4-Story, 40+ Unit development, as currently defined, given potential traffic, parking, safety, environmental, and inclusiveness concerns. I request that the Committee consider community input upfront in order to properly scope the RFQ, attract the right type of developer, and avoid wasting time & money. Please defer the RFQ decision until August’s in-person meeting.”
