Anacostia has beautiful historic buildings that are not only nice to look at, but also provide a a great opportunity to learn about architecture. If you know a young person ages 8 - 12 who is interested in buildings and architecture (or who just enjoys being outside!) please sign up for a FREE walking tour of Historic Anacostia. On the tour, kids will learn how to identify different architectural styles and add to their vocabulary with key architectural terms. Participants must be accompanied by an adult.
