Nurture Your Garden of Thoughts...

Monday November 11th is Remembrance Day in Canada. We wear poppies,to show our gratitude, respect, and support for our Canadian troops and their incredible sacrifices for our peace and freedom. In another context, Remembrance Day is also a time where we can reflect other things that can bring peace and freedom,  such as nurturing our garden of thoughts.

Our minds are our garden of thoughts. Our thoughts are our seeds and we reap what we sow. Having a positive outlook can change our perspective, bring freedom from worry and anxiety, help us achieve calm, and greater peace of mind. The more often we consciously focus on positive thoughts, the more abundant our positive thoughts will be.

Bringing positive thoughts into your daily life can be easier than you think, but it takes practice. Having a positive outlook can be as simple as waking up and being grateful that you are in a calm, safe space. Today we are very grateful for our outstanding Canadian forces that help keep Canada safe and peaceful...that is a great place to start.
