Your support at this level allows me to hire talented consultants to support my projects (i.e. graphic design and illustration, audio engineering, etc.) as well as allows me to give honorariums to guests on my podcasts.

My way of saying “thank you!”: Monthly one-on-one meetings with me! One meeting up to 30 minutes per month (excluding December and January when I take my winter sabbatical). You can use this time for creative consultation and coaching, virtual studio visits (mine or yours!), business strategy, Q&A about my creative practice or process, or one-on-one time to discuss a topic of your choice! Must be used within the month or it’ll expire. You set the agenda for our monthly meeting so send me a list of topics you’d like to discuss at least three days before we connect.

Your support at this level allows me to pay for costly but necessary business services and products that support the structure(s) that make my work possible. This includes but is not limited to: accounting services, legal services, annual domain registration and more.

Your support at this level allows me to pay myself! In the past, I've paid myself last, if at all, for my creative projects. Paying myself allows my projects to be sustainable. It also allows me to say “no” to gigs so I can say “yes!” to my creative projects and practices. This gives me the freedom to create and the freedom to rest.

Sometimes creating work, especially non-commercial art and art created outside of institutional support, means front-ending a lot of expenses without the guarantee of recouping costs after the work is created. Your contributions create some wiggle room in my budget and in my schedule to follow my curiosity, explore my creative impulses, work at my own pace, and take breaks for rest and reset as needed and desired.
