Our Steps are ordered of the Lord!

Since December 2017, I've been in Toronto ministering to my family, namely my mother who just turn 86 years young. She is somewhat immobile, among other ailments, and with everyone working day and night, it's become an issue for my sister to manage. So I have been assign to this task of caring for her for the next couple of months. Not sure how long, but at least till June since I can stay here for only 6 months per immigration rules. Other arrangements could have been made, but in this season I believe God wants me here helping out.

The God View

As I am here in Toronto the Lord as lead me to Volunteer with an American Organization (Peer Servant) that help orphanages, schools, micro entrepreneurs and micro finance oganizations in Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. I am assigned to help the Asia teams, namely Philippines, Sri Lanka and India, in the required help requested by the organizations in these countries.

Asia Assisstant Requirements

Some of these organizations need training in leadership, management succession procedures, procedures for vetting client for better loans, vetting for types and most viable businesses in a community and business training. Others need information on management of churches as they plant churches, prayer group facilitators and guidelines, how to evangelize effectively  to entrepreneurs and loan recipients, even to help in the establishment of schools for those children that are on the streets. The American teams also help them fundraise in their country for the money needed for the loans, and also do fundraising here in the US for them to increase the amount of loans they can loan to entrepreneurs

Online Volunteer

Most of these activities are done online as teams get together thru Zoom and Skype, etc. with the leaders, staff and client of these organizations in the different countries. There are site visits to these countries throughout the year to administer hands on training, assessment and/or workshops for the implementation of the organization's needs and requirements.
