Our first week at Salado Montessori has flown by, full of learning care of ourselves and our environment, meeting new friends, and enjoying some beautiful weather!

If you are a parent of one of our students, you might begin to ask your child to carry thier dishes to the sink or put on their own jacket.  You'll be suprised how autonomous our little ones are already becoming!  

If you are one of our volunteers, supporters, or community - Thank you again for making our new school a beautiful succes.   

As adults, we do so many day to day actions without considering when we learned that skill.  For instance, closing the bathroom door in a public restroom.  Click here to see our little ones learning how to create a private space for themselves:

DONATION REQUEST: Do you have kids clothes you could donate to the school?  We need shirts and pants of all sizes to build up our supplies.  You can send them in a ziplock with your child with "donate" written on the bag.  Or, email to set up a time to drop them off.  Thanks!

VOLUNTEER REQUEST:  We could really use a hand or two in the afternoon with laundry and cleaning.  If you are able to assist for an hour or two, even if it's just one day each week, we'd be deeply grateful.  Please email Alissa@SaladoMontessori.com if you're availble.
