My name is Adriana Lewis and I am a certified Barre Above instructor. Barre Above incorporates pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of strengthening exercises that dancers perform. A Barre Above workout will help you see improvements in body posture, flexibility, body strength, and balance. You’ll transform your body and feel more confident while having a great time with friends and new people!I am a mom to three children ages 12, 9, and 2.5. One of my passions is exercising and this past summer I became certified in Barre Above. I’m thrilled to be bringing this class to Mattawan Yoga and meeting fellow barre lovers! In addition to family I enjoy baking, summers on the lake, and shopping! I know we will all enjoy this class together!
