March stands at the cusp of winter and spring. Spring is the season of hope and the irresistible impulse to grow and create. Let's welcome Spring with gratitude and an open heart. |

Body Gratitude Offer gratitude and appreciation to your body daily. Say thank you to your body for all the service it offers to you, for being there for you unconditionally keeping you alive, and for everything that it allows you to do. Examples: I want to appreciate my amazing hands that allow me to hug, cook and type. I want to appreciate my feet that so cooperatively carry me from one place to another. |

With more mindfulness, love, passion, and devotion trying to let my creativity and imagination free. I do enjoy cooking more and more – it’s my happy, funny, creative, and mindful time with myself. |

In her book, #1 New York Times bestselling author Dr. LePera offers a new path to healing our relationships. Harnessing the latest scientific research, she teaches us to recognize how unmet needs from our earliest relationships create our current, dysfunctional relationship patterns, and leave us in a state of constant internal threat, even with those closest to us.
