Post Thanksgiving Reflections

 

Instead of bombarding you with more gratitude before Thanksgiving, I’m sharing some with you now!

 

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration whatever you spent your time doing. We host our neighborhood Friendsgiving celebration the Sunday prior to Turkey Day and then hosted my husband’s family the day of, so we are thoroughly into the Holiday Spirit. And while I love opening our home to our friends and family, this time of year can start to feel very overwhelming. So I’m telling myself this as much as reminding you—take time to slow down, take some deep breaths, and find the balance that fits your needs. Be mindful of the expectations that OTHERS put on your time and energy, and do what works best for you!
