Driven by the motto "Education towards empowerment and development", Abhinav Vikas Foundation aims to support children and nurture their growth to be better versions of themselves. It also works towards community development and encourages women to be self-reliant.

The NGO was founded by the couple, Vikas Borkar and Gauri Sonawane in the year 2016. It promotes the idea of self-development in low-income community children of the age group 10 - 18 years and equips them with skills of the future including quality access to education and extra-curriculars for holistic personality development.
