Last week we had a big holiday on our hands. It was Spotify Wrapped Day! This holiday is always a joyous day because it is about celebrating music. What I find remarkable about this day is the amount of connection that it generates. People are sharing music that helped them get through the year. Music that made them dance. Music that they used at work. Music that played in the background of their lives. It is fun comparing and contrasting each other's top artists, top songs, and the number of minutes listened to. I hope those who got to celebrate Spotify Wrapped Day had a great day!
It is the holiday season! The holiday season is great because we get to exchange gifts, notes about how we are grateful for each other, and reflect on the past year. While this year (and every year) is a wild ride, it is important to pause and take stock of what you are grateful for. I for one am grateful for a lot things and one is all the support you all have shown me throughout my creative endeavors. I truly am honored for all of the support. The other thing that is lovely about the holiday season is that there is a lot of light found in the dark. Even in the darkest moments of the year - there is light. Thank you all for everything and continuing to be a light for me.
