CM Events Co is a woman-owned and operated event design and production studio. We specialize in experiential events that provide unique opportunities for connection, storytelling, and memory making. We work with brands, nonprofits, individuals, and corporations to conceptualize and execute share worthy and immersive events that will live beyond a moment in time.

Behind the name
CM= Camellia + Meg
We thought of many creative words and names that embody what we do, but in the end we realized “why over complicate it?” We’re the reason our events have always been so successful. It’s our hustle, our drive, and our creativity that help bring a vision to reality. And we love what we do!
Events Co= A collective
Events are never just one person, or even two! It takes a village, a collective of dedicated and talented individuals who are passionate about the experience. Part of our success is finding the right partners and vendors to run point on critical aspects of the event and help bring that element to life in just the right way. We assemble and direct the collective that makes it all happen.

Some history
We’ve been producing and executing impactful events for over 15 years. We each started our careers in the nonprofit sector where we learned to wear many hats, accomplish a lot with a little, and truly connect with a mission. We met and worked together at the Sundance Film Festival where a lasting relationship started. Years in the corporate sector followed, giving us a breadth of experience helping brands connect with audiences in high-visibility activations at events around the country. We’ve done it all and seen just about everything. There’s no challenge too big or detail too small.

Of course if you know anyone looking for a dedicated and hard working events team please pass along our info. We’re set up to work remote, hold regular virtual meetings with our clients, source local vendors/onsite support, and travel for site meetings and event execution.
