INTRODUCTION TO THELEMA Being presented by David Braren of the Sekhet-Maat OTO Lodge WHEN: Tuesday, 9/24, 7-8:30 WHERE: INVOKE, 414 SE 81st Ave. COSTS: $20 This class is designed to introduce beginner and curious parties to the spiritual and magical system of Thelema. We will cover the following topics in our class: - The philosophy behind "Do what thou wilt" and "Love is the law, love under will"
- A brief history of Thelema including the contribution of Aleister Crowley and his reception of The Book of the Law
- The basic concepts of Magicking and how they can aid you in doing your will
- The cosmology and spiritual worldview of Thelema including a discussion of some of the mythology and deities involved.

CORDING, THOUGHT-FORMS & CONSEQUENCES Presented by Regina LaRocca WHEN: Wednesday, 10/9 7-8:30 WHERE: INVOKE 414 SE 81st Ave. COST: $20 This class will explain the energetic consequences of focusing on negative thought forms and look at how we can untangle ourselves in the astral from energies feeding off the situations that are created. We will start with some basic metaphysical concepts that explain the premises this philosophy is based upon. THE MINOR ARCANA & ITS IMPORTANCE Presented by Regina LaRocca WHEN: Wednesday, 10/23, 7-8:30 WHERE: INVOKE 414 SE 81st Ave. COST: $20 With so many deck creators focusing solely on the Major Arcana, I decided to offer this class to validate the importance of the entire deck. I will start out with the beginners in mind describing how the Tarot works and basic undertandings of numerology and elements.
