Pilates

Weekly pilates sessions run with the clinic Bridgeham in Crawley. Limited number of members can take part. Members will need to have the ability to walk up a flight of stairs. Email mpr@sedsconnective.org to register interest for this class, or to volunteer to organise similar in your area.
