Hoping your year is off to a great start!  If not, there's still time to write your 2022 the way you want it to be,  Set your intentions and work your plan!  It's the small daily and weekly commitments that add up to make a big difference in your personal and professional life, so be intentional!

 

This month we celebrate both Valentine's Day and Black History Month.  The intersection of these two holidays brings me to my thought for this month, culturally responsive services for our clients and students.  Care is at the forefront of what we do, and that includes providing services that are culturally responsive for those we work with.  

February Challenge 

My challenge this month is to take time to get to know more about the needs our your clients from their cultural perspectives.  Our clients should be apart of the team, and as a result our services should be reflective of what is culturally relevant for them.  We show we care when we take the time to get to know our students, patients and clients.
