I joined the Technology and Innovation session to discuss how FedEx Dataworks and ShopRunner are creating new opportunities for brands to build strong connections with consumers through personalized, transparent shopping experiences.

Today we announced a new strategic alliance between FedEx Dataworks and Cart.com. Together, we'll be leveraging data and insights from our combined networks to help brands and retailers navigate some of today’s toughest e-commerce challenges, from demand generation to fulfillment and returns. I am proud to announce the latest solution with Microsoft as part of our multi-year collaboration. We are bringing together FedEx network intelligence with capabilities from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to introduce a cross-platform, logistics as a service solution for e-commerce merchants and brands.
