Arrowhead Woods homeowners are under attack, but most of us suspect nothing. The Arrowhead water and sewer utility (Lake Arrowhead Community Services District, LACSD) is attempting to take over the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee (AWAC). Unlike AWAC, LACSD is a governmental organization with the power to tax us to pay their expenses. These include salaries for more personnel, costs of enforcement of the CCRs, and legal fees. This expansion of LACSD's authority and control will give it powers never held by AWAC.

What does this mean to you: We could soon be expected to pay general assessments, special assessments, and homeowner financing of fees levied via your property tax bill. The first step to save our money is to learn what LACSD is spending now.

LACSD cannot takeover AWAC without our approval, so we must VOTE NO.
