Hi Everyone, My show at St James Church last month was very well attended. I received much encouragement and was pleased to sell originals, prints and cards. A few pieces that I had submitted for this week’s Spring Sale are now taken, including my most popular piece, Geese at Rest. Instead I will bring a painting of a morning dove and a few other recent ones. Here are the details: |

Oval & Round Paintings As promised, I have an oval painting to show you that conveys the fleeting shimmers we perceive when facing the overwhelming brightness of summer sunlight. For me this is a reminder that God’s splendour goes beyond what we can take in. |

Watching the historic eclipse was greatly inspiring for many reasons, one of which is that it was a rare moment when God shielded the radiance of the sun so we could look directly at it with the naked eye. I finished the painting and will be exhibiting at the Spring Sale this coming weekend. Hope you can make it if you live nearby. George |
