Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Don’t you just love how God weaves those unexpected flickers of joy and hope throughout our day! Our LCA summer days are certainly full with planning and prep for our new school year! We’re preparing our building, ordering supplies, reaching out to families, interviewing new families, etc… We’re taking full advantage of opportunities to speak Truth and Life into our future Legacy students–one of the fun ways we're doing this is by decorating with Bible verses. If you attended our last Open House, you might have noticed that we posted Joshua 1:9 in both the boys and girls bathrooms. Not only is this a great life verse, but for little people, it's helpful, as big bathrooms can be intimidating places.
We were in an interview earlier this week and one of our little interviewees beamed as she shared her memorization of Joshua 1:9. This little one and her parents smiled even brighter when we told them we had posted that verse in the school.
I thank God for that unexpected flicker!
What a joy it is to know that we will be coming alongside families and their churches as they teach their children the Word of God!
