What is this deck?
Room17 (or Room XVII) is a variant of The House of the Rising Spade playing Cards in a limited edition of 680 units.
When Cartamundi produced the Cartomancer variant, the overproduction went bananas and they made approx 1000 extra decks that had no tuckbox. I decided to buy them and create a quest, produce a new tuckbox, and give to those cards with golden foil what they deserved: GILDING!
About the Quest.
The quest starts when the deck is released on www.stockholm17.com
Everybody can participate to the quest and it is not mandatory to buy it. Of course it will get a little easier if you purchase it. At check out you will be able to download a PDF with the graphics on the tuck and an extra hint so you do not need to wait for the deck to arrive to start the quest. The Prizes will be assigned to the first 3 participants that solve the quest.
Prizes
- 1st: Room17 deck N°001/680 with signature framed in a handmade frame in pinewood, 1 Faro and 1 Cartomancer deck with signature, all shipped from Stockholm.
- 2nd: Room17 deck N°002/680 with signature, Cartomancer and Faro with signature, shipped from Stockholm.
- 3rd: Room17 deck N°003/680 with signature, shipped from Stockholm.
