This is how to join the Monday meditation.

Every Monday at 6pm Toronto EST time.

 

1) Go to www.Mindfitnessinternational.com 

(You might see a pop up window to subscribe to our email. That is not the sign up page, you still have to visit the virtual studio.)

2) Go to visit virtual studio and sign up. I recommend using the Facebook option.

3) Find the Monday meditation session and enroll. 

4) You will receive an email to access. 

5) Save it on your calendar to have a reminder every week.
