Enterprise Bank Supports the NH New Americans Loan Fund Through Tax Credit Purchase |
|
|
We're pleased to announce that Enterprise Bank has purchased $25,000 in tax credits to benefit the NH New Americans Loan Fund Tax Credit program. REDC’s Tax Credit Award, from New Hampshire's Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), allows NH businesses to contribute funds to community development projects. Enterprise Bank’s tax credit donation will support REDC’s NH New Americans Loan Fund, which provides access to technical assistance and loans to first-generation Americans who are prospective or current business owners throughout the state. This is Enterprise Bank’s second contribution to the Fund within a year, making their overall $75,000 donation the largest received in this tax credit cycle. Peter Rayno, Executive Vice President/Community Banking & Lending Director at Enterprise Bank, stated, “We at Enterprise Bank have been honored to financially support the NH New American Loan Fund since the program’s inception five years ago. Renewing our financial commitment to this program through REDC is important to us. We’re so pleased to be able to contribute in REDC’s efforts to assist first generation Americans in financing their own businesses as they pursue their dreams.” Enterprise Bank has supported this critical program since the beginning, as a purchaser of tax credits, and we thank them deeply for their ongoing support. Enterprise Bank, with this third donation, continues to be one of our strongest lending partners as we work to create jobs and business opportunities for new Americans throughout New Hampshire. |
