We've been busy creating the characters in our Ethiopian family. They will star in the massage demonstration videos we will Workshop in Ethiopia next month.
Abraham is a farmer affected by podoconiosis related-lymphoedema
Our work is 100% funded by private donors, and due to the the generosity of a small handful of people the we have been able to come this far. But we have many more videos to make and many more countries to include in our training programs.
The LKN Foundation was established to develop digital self-care resources for people affected by Podoconiosis and Lymphatic Filariasis-related lymphoedema. Mostly these are subsistence farmers in rural and remote areas of many low-income countries like Ethiopia and Bangladesh.
Abraham is just the first of our animated characters. We will upload more videos to YouTube as our library of self-care videos grows. Please support our fundraising efforts by liking and sharing our video.
