We're off and running...some of us have even had a birthday already. Whew!
How's your year/month getting started? If it's not quite how you'd like, no worries. We have time to let God's plan for us unfold in HIS timing.
While reading in Job this week, I was reminded that
"A person's days are determined..." Job 14: 5
Whenever we're trying to do too much or control too much, we get stressed. Adopting a posture of obedience to what the Lord has in store for us may help readjust our mindsets. During this goal-setting-fresh-start-resolution-setting season our culture imposes, I'm trying to lean into the Lord's vision rather than mine.
