This month we are going to focus on showing you the process behind our projects. In our industry we are always so proud of the pretty pictures after all the blood, sweat and tears has been poured into the project but the journey is just as important, or I can argue, more important than the final product. 

Apartment Building in Bayside w. Katz Properties

Below are some concept images that the client shared with us in summer of 2021 mixed with our interpretation of the finish palette layered with furniture, artwork and lighting. This is a new apartment building in Bayside, WI that is slated to be completed later this year. 

We are just finalizing the furniture selection process and hope to place an order by the end of this month to meet our move-in deadline. 

Amenity Building for Katz Properties with Tredo Group in

Downtown Milwaukee

The client above has also engaged us on an existing apartment building they own. We have developed a new structure, with Tredo Group, that would house their leasing office, club room, bathrooms for the pool, exercise space and co-working space. This project is in the construction document phase where we are detailing the concept renderings below, finalizing finishes and producing a construction set for the contractor to price. The client hopes to break ground in the fall and open for pool season 2023!
