Hi Everyone,
First, I want to thank you for your order. Thanks for your patience if we had to make changes to your order. We have a few remaining items at this point, but for the most part, we are sold out! What a busy tree sale!
Second, pick-up & delivery is next week:
For Pick-Up:
Saginaw County Fairgrounds
11508 Peet Rd, Chesaning, 48616
Thursday, April 22 (10a - 5p)
Friday, April 23 (8a - 4p)
This will be a contact free pick up only. There will not be any shopping, browsing, or payments on site.
Upon Arrival: (look for our tree sale signs, we will be in a different barn)
1) Check in from your vehicle only
2) Give us the last name on the order
3) Remain in your vehicle in line until we bring your order to you
4) Have your vehicle ready so we can place your items in the trunk, hatch, or pick up bed
For Delivery: (Saginaw County Only)
Friday, April 23 (approx 8a - 4p)
(this is only if you selected and paid for delivery with your order) *If you are not sure, please email us at saginawcd@gmail.com by noon Tuesday
How this will work: We will personally be delivering these trees via pickup truck, not a shipping service. You do not need to be present; we will drop on the porch, sidewalk, near a door, etc. If you do not receive your orders by Friday evening, please email us at SaginawCD@gmail.com. A huge thank you to Burt Watson for loaning us two trucks to help with this delivery process!
If you live outside of Saginaw county, and paid for delivery, if we haven't already, we will be contacting you to make arrangements for you to pick up your order. Please watch your email.
Feel free to contact us via email at SaginawCD@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns. You can even message us on our Facebook page or right from our website. Our office phone is listed below, however, we will not be in the office at all next week, April 19-23.
Do NOT call the fairgrounds, they will NOT have any information for you.
If you didn't order any trees, shrubs or seed from us this year, we hope to see you next year... sales start in February!
Thank you,
The Saginaw Conservation District
