Hand Sanitisers...
Within the last few weeks, we have sourced hand sanitiser through the Clydeside Distillery, at the former Pump House, Queen’s Dock, Glasgow. As a result, we have placed at the entrance to each of the multi-occupied buildings “hand sanitising stations”. We would ask that you please spray some sanitiser on entry and exit to the properties. (We have placed a full list of advice at each station that we would draw your attention.) If these bottles need refilling or if there are any other issues please let us know as soon as possible. We will where possible and taking appropriate advice update with any further changes or additions as recommended.
Proposed changes at Kirkhill House...
Prior to the lockdown commencing at the end of March, we had made application to the local planning/building departments as to changes proposed at Kirkhill. These changes involve the conversion of the garage store into a further office for an expansion by an existing tenant. We are at the same time proposing the split of the 2nd floor of the main Kirkhill House. Both of these applications are well advanced and with we are working through pre-contract stages prior to conversion. These discussions include updating adjoining occupiers who may be affected by the works during on-site works.
The converted space in Kirkhill House will provide fully refurbished office accommodation extending to approximately 340sqft and 1040sqft; with tea prep and kitchen/toilet facilities. Both of these additions are exciting developments at Kirkhill. Beyond those, we are discussing a number of proposals in terms of updating facilities over both sites. These are at early stages and programming may be affected by materials/labour availability.
