I read this great blog post by SoulSalt that explains the benefits of a grateful mindset (it actually can improve our physical health) and provides six simple exercises we can do to start practicing gratitude daily. One we can all do immediately, is to take 10 seconds and write down what we are grateful for today. I for one am grateful that it only takes 10 seconds a day to create a habit that will not only improve my thinking but my overall health too. Win, win!
