Photos of an occupied house where a stager has done an effective consultation, and the owners have followed through with their written Action Plan, cannot help but elevate the quality of your brand in the minds of everyone you market to.

 

Your photos will show it.  Sellers will sense it. And most importantly, buyers will feel that emotional connection when they enter the house.

Before, this room basically stored an extra bed in it; adding a few things from other rooms enabled it to look put together to help buyers actually see themselves in this space.

 

There is a huge difference in how a house with a Pre-Listing Consult will present to the market, compared to similar houses without a stager’s support. 

 

For example, the photos in this newsletter are all from houses where I conducted Pre-Listing Consultations, and are using mostly the owner’s items to highlight the house's features in a way that draws buyers in.  Without this consultation, the rooms would have been photographed, listed, and shown as they are in the “before” photos.  See the value?!

 

The personal design and storage in this kitchen would be distracting to buyers.  Now, it puts the focus on the beautiful, updated kitchen, which looks larger and clean.

 

What are your listing photos telling potential sellers and buyers?  The photos you post brand you and tell clients valuable information about what you can do for them.   

 

Vow to "level-up" and not present a house like any of these “lived-in” looks to the market!!  Otherwise, you are saying “bye-bye”  to top dollar offers.

Houses shown without a consultation are not going to enter the market as strongly as possible, therefore leaving money on the table.
