In this weeks blog, I discuss my journey and what led me to write Well-Watered Faith. My entire life, I have tried to be what I thought everyone else wanted me to be. Maybe you live that way too. I took a hard look at myself and realized that I was not living the way God intended. God gave me the freedom to be ME. Through Well-Watered Faith, we will discuss topics that pertain to a woman's overall wellness from a spiritual perspective. To read this week's blog, follow the link below. | | |

This week's journal prompt: How healthy are the following areas of my life; marriage, self, finances, family, other relationships, my home, my thoughts and emotions, my physical body (including disease, weight, overall physical health), my job, my relationship with God? Rate each area and see where you need to improve. What areas are out of balance? |

New Year's Goals It's that time of year again!!! It's that time of year!!! Are you setting a goal for 2021? Most people don't keep their goals if they set them. Below is a worksheet to help you brainstorm and create a specific goal, which has been proven to help people keep them. |

Stress Management Connect with someone you haven't seen or talked to in a while. Spending time with friends lowers stress levels. And talking helps us to release emotions that we may be holding on to. |

Healthy Recipe Burrito Bowls are one of my favorite go to healthy recipes. I like to layer my bowl with rice, chicken, lettuce, tomato, black beans, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. |
