Good News for EV Buyers
You may have read that Tesla has dropped the price of its Model Y making it eligible for the $7500 Tax credit. But there are many other vehicles being added to the list for the tax credit, some very affordable, such as the Chevy Bolt. There are incentives for leased and used vehicles, as well. However, keep in mind that because the rules may change by mid-March, buyers should act fast on these EV opportunities. Because there is no cap on expenditures, the 30% percent tax credit still holds and can roll over to future years.
