RAEA put together a wonderful new farmers market this season! It is held on the 2nd Saturday of every month, May through October from 8 a.m. until noon! The market will be held on Red Brick Antiques & More lot, at the corner of Hwy. 50 & Hwy. T. The next market is June 11th! Make sure to come check it out and spread the word! The winner receives $20 cash, a visit from Matt and will be celebrated on our Facebook page. With summer parties upon us, we are providing you with a recipe to make a simple and delicious pasta salad! You can find the full recipe here and will need to make sure you have the following ingredients on hand: CARNITAS RECIPE - 1 package (16 oz.) penne, rotini, or bowtie pasta
- 5 cups assorted vegetables (e.g., broccoli florets, sliced carrots, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
