About us

Rosebud Area Enrichment Association’s (RAEA) mission is to enrich the quality of life of all our area citizens and surrounding businesses. To strive to build an attractive, inviting and secure place to work, visit and live. We will continually work together as a community to develop a vibrant economy, share the rich history, enhance the beauty and instill a sense of pride in the residents of Rosebud and surrounding communities.

Around Rosebud

Rosebud Farmers Market

RAEA put together a wonderful new farmers market this season! It is held on the 2nd Saturday of every month, May through October from 8 a.m. until noon! The market will be held on Red Brick Antiques & More lot, at the corner of Hwy. 50 & Hwy. T.

 

The next market is June 11th!

Make sure to come check it out and spread the word!

 

This is a producer only market and we are looking for vendors now! You can fill out an application & get all the details on our website.

Yard of the Month

Each month between May and December, Matt Tumbrink will drive around town to find the yard that captures his attention. The winner receives $20 cash, a visit from Matt and will be celebrated on our Facebook page. If you would like to nominate your yard or someone else's, send us an email with the subject line “Yard of the Month Nomination.”

With summer parties upon us, we are providing you with a recipe to make a simple and delicious pasta salad! You can find the full recipe here and will need to make sure you have the following ingredients on hand:

 

CARNITAS RECIPE

  • 1 package (16 oz.) penne, rotini, or bowtie pasta
  • 5 cups assorted vegetables (e.g., broccoli florets, sliced carrots, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
  • 1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup McCormick Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme seasoning
