We hope you and your families have had a safe and Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! We are so excited to serve you all in the new year.

The office will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd from 1:00-5:00pm

2020 Price Increase

Due to rising costs, along with additional trainings and certifications to better serve our clients, Foundations for Health will be experiencing a price increase beginning on Monday, January 6th, 2020. 

Brittany will also be seeing clients for supplement rechecks, EVOX, and Emotion Code Appointments. Please call the office for pricing information.

New Office Hours

Starting Monday, January 6th, Foundations for Health's office hours will be the following:

Mondays: 10:00-6:00

Tuesdays: 2:00-6:00

Wednesdays: 10:00-6:00

Thursdays: 11:00-3:00

Dr. Ward will only be seeing clients on Mondays and Wednesdays. Brittany will be seeing clients for EVOX and Emotion Code appointments on Tuesdays from 11:00-2:00, and Thursdays from 3:00-5:30.
