Happy New Year from CSE PTA!
We hope everyone got some quality family time over the winter break. It's hard to believe we are already in the second half of the school year! We are excited for upcoming events like Spelling Bee, Art Appreciation, and Game Night.
In addition to the fun stuff, we are also looking forward to the impactful work of Texas PTA's Rally Day at the end of February, where PTA members from all over the state convene in Austin to visit with lawmakers to discuss issues and policies that affect public education.
Lastly, I want to express my immense gratitude for our current PTA executive board. These dedicated volunteers work so hard to support CSES all year round, plus they are so fun to work with, even when (especially when?) things get a little chaotic. If you would like to get more involved at school, we will be nominating a new PTA board in the March-April timeframe, so please reach out to any current board member to find out more.
