OFFICIAL FEATURE DOCUMENTARY UPDATE - APRIL 2021

UK RELEASE ON iTUNES MAY 27TH!

iTunes landing page for Return To Hardwick

We are happy to announce that Return To Hardwick will be released on Apple's iTunes in the United Kingdom on May 27th, 2021.  We have been working with our distributor to make this happen and excited that the film will finally be available to our UK friends.  This was a strategic release right before Memorial Day, the American holiday that honors the men and women who have died while serving in the military.  Return to Hardwick features a scene towards the end of the film capturing Memorial Day services at the Cambridge American Cemetery in England.

We will have more information as the date gets closer!

UPCOMING WEBCAST SERIES

Mission Debrief promotional poster

The producers will be releasing a webcast series soon about the making of the documentary Return To Hardwick.  The series will focus on people intimately connected to the film.  During the  festival and museum screenings across the country in 2019, it was evident that many people had their own stories about Hardwick and their family connections to the base.  The series dives in deeper and captures unique stories that never made it into the film.

Please look for updates on when this series will be released.

SPIELBERG AND HANKS 8TH AF MINI-SERIES

The upcoming Apple series is based on Miller's Masters of the Air

A buzz has started around the recent filming in England of a Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks mini-series.  Produced by Apple, this has been dubbed the "3rd" installment from the Hollywood giants and their WWII themed co-productions.  Back in 2001 they released the highly anticipated HBO mini-series Band of Brothers.  In 2010 The Pacific was released and now in 2021 they have a third installment titled Masters of the Air.  The new mini-series is based on Donald L. Miller's book Masters of the Air- America’s Bomber Boys Who Fought The Air War Against Nazi Germany.

"Masters of the Air is a fresh new account of the incredible rise of the American air force from young men learning their trade on the job in combat to an irresistible force that swept the vaunted Luftwaffe from the skies. Author Donald L. Miller knits together the big events of the bombing campaign with illuminating individual human stories of the heroes who lived and died over Germany."

We have been forever grateful for the powerhouse talent of Michael Cudlitz, providing an on-camera introduction and voiceover for Return To Hardwick.  Michael portrayed Denver "Bull" Randleman in the Band of Brothers mini-series.  Spielberg and Hanks hit gold with the original cast of Band of Brothers and I'm sure they will cast Master of the Air with an equal caliber of talent.

Crossing our fingers for a late Fall 2022 release!
