Family Meeting Announcement

We would like to begin by thanking you all for your feedback regarding your availability for our Family Meeting. We really appreciate the responses, as well as your ideas for what should be discussed. We will be using your feedback to prepare our meeting with you.

Based on the feedback we received through the survey and by phone calls, we will be hosting our meeting as follows:

Platform: Microsoft Teams (Online)

Date: Wednesday 16th March 2022

Start Time: 2.30PM

The above was decided based on the responses from the majority of our respondents.

This meeting will be video recorded and minutes will be shared following the meeting.

A link and instructions to access the meeting will be sent out via our Newsletter by 11th of March.

If you require any assistance with joining the meeting, please reply to this email and we will try to assist you in any way that we can.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the meeting!

Visiting Update

We would like to provide an update to our visitation protocols, as there has been many discussions around the new Government announcements.

Our visitation protocols have not changed. We still require you to complete an LFD test before your visit, as well as wearing the appropriate PPE, as mentioned on our visitation form.

We will ensure all family members and friends are notified if our protocols are to change, in advance of the changes.

Please continue to use our booking system for all of your visits, as it allows us to continue meeting our infection control standards.

Renovations Update

The renovations at the back of the building have made a lot of progress at this point. The scaffolding extending to the car park has now been removed and windows are due to be delivered and installed very soon.

The interior of the building is quickly taking shape and when complete will provide larger, more modern bedrooms with en-suite facilities in all of the rooms being renovated. It will also vastly increase the floor space outside of the bedrooms, allowing for a more spacious, homely feel.

We hope to provide further updates in the coming weeks (with pictures!)
