Starting a business is hard work, and those who know what they don't know, have a leg up, especially if they reach out to experts for advice. That is what we did when we hired MJL Brewery Consulting.
This guy really knows his stuff after years of experience brewing with some of the best local breweries - think Tired Hands, Kane, Manayunk, and Saucony. He now heads production at New Trail Brewing Company in Williamsport, PA.
