Hello everyone!

 

Just another little thank you to you all for coming along to class, your support has meant the world and I hope it has added a bit of sparkle to a rather chilly January! Even though the first month has been and gone, don’t let your fitness routine slide, there are so many benefits to a good workout (even if you just go out for a brisk walk), improvements to both your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

 

As I mentioned in my previous email, I am trading under Inertia Fitness & Dance (www.inertiafitness.co.uk). NEW CLASSES

 

To help get through this final month of winter, I am introducing TWO NEW FITNESS CLASSES to the schedule from Monday 12th February.

 

BootyBarre: BootyBarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre. Focusing on proper biomechanics, we look at developing good technique in a safe and well-structured class. www.bootybarre.com

bbarreless: bbarreless is a true fusion of dance, Pilates and Yoga, allowing you to connect your mind to body and work on strong technique. Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the centre, either standing or on the floor, and so develops the core for balance and total body awareness. There is a particular focus on the abdominals and strong posture, so is perfect to add to your weekly fitness routine. www.bbarreless.com

 

No dance/pilates experience needed for either of these workouts!

Please bring a yoga mat or large towel as we will be performing some exercises on the floor. The class can either be executed bare foot or in socks (ideally grippy socks).

 

Spaces are limited for these classes so booking will be required – please message me via email (becky@inertiafitness.co.uk) or by either Facebook page. Payment will still be at the door, but may become in advance if I get repeated no-shows. If you find out you can’t make a class, you must contact me at least 12 hours in advance so I can open the space back up or offer to the waitlist. Please be courteous and adhere to this rule, so that everyone can enjoy these classes.

 

Timetable:

Monday: BootyBarre 6.30-7.30pm

Tuesday: BootyBarre 9.30-10.30am

Friday: bbarreless 7-8pm

 

All at Footnotes School of Theatre Dance, North Walsham. Entrance is via the rear doors on Mitre Tavern Yard (bright purple doors), and we’ll be in the upstairs studio. Parking is not available at the studio, but there is plenty nearby!

 

FREE CLASSES: All three of the above classes will be FREE during the launch week (BootyBarre on Mon 12th Feb and Tue 13th Feb, bbarreless on Fri 16th Feb). Booking still required. After this, classes will be charged at the usual £5.

Half Term

 

SwingTrain classes will go ahead as usual during February half term, apart from RACKHEATH on Tue 13th Feb – sadly the hall is already in use that day.

Class Passes

 

Remember there is the option of paying in advance for a Class Pass to receive a discount. These can be redeemed on any fitness class I deliver. See website for full terms and conditions.

£21.50 for 5 classes (£4.30/class)

£40 for 10 classes (£4/class)
