The Crowell Century!

Jamie Crowell is an avid blind cyclist and will be riding her first Century Ride on November 7th -- a Century Ride is one hundred miles, by the way!  Jamie will be riding 100 miles to fund raise and to raise awareness for Para Guide and all of the blind athletes that we support. If you would like to donate to Jamie's fundraiser, stay tuned, we have more to come on her efforts via email, our website (www.paraguide.org) and on social media.  Meanwhile, happy training, Jamie!

Coach Corner

Tip of the day from USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach Shannon:

"Embrace what is difficult! We know that to improve in athletics, we have to push ourselves to new levels. Be willing to set goals that scare you, and as you train, go into each workout with a positive mindset that you Can Do It. So much of athletics is mental, and believing in yourself and keeping a positive outlook will help you achieve new heights!"
