Springing!

Personally though, I would have enjoyed a bit more winter! I just heard that weather forecasters are predicting a hot, dry Spring and although we had some welcome showers in Sydney, rain is still desperately needed all over the country. Sigh.

However, Spring does bring energy and activity and I’ve certainly got a busy one coming up! This time next week I’ll be in Central Australia with my first Accompanied Adventure Group. Thrilled that the inaugural trip is fully booked, I’m taking expressions of interest for next year, please email me if you would like to be on the ‘thinking about it’ list...

This is an image by Alyson Bell, one of my studio buddies at Eramboo. On the weekend of 14 & 15 September, Eramboo's studios will be open to visitors, and you are welcome both days between 10am - 4pm. We are also hosting a collaborative fundraising event for Eramboo, with audio visual projections by Alyson and a 10 metre long dynamic, collaborative LIVE artwork inspired by the bushland surroundings. You are invited to the celebration on Sunday afternoon 2-4pm to close out the weekend.

Thank you to everyone for the warm feedback on ‘Scripted by Nature’ which is now showing at Suki & Hugh in Bungendore until 29th September. A catalogue of the exhibition can be viewed here. It was wonderful to see so many friends at the opening (and family, including those that feel like family!) and receive your lovely messages.

I’m really excited to be hosting workshops in the gallery on the 28th September, with lots of demonstrations and guidance to create your own tree portraits. Beginners are most welcome! Please click here for details and to book...

As always, thank you for your support,
